Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery — United States Standard shipping is free on every US order. Most orders arrive in about 8 days after shipping; during busy periods please allow up to 12–15 days. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking A tracking link is emailed to you within 1–2 business days of your order. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, reach out at hommieessence@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Delays, damage, and lost packages If your order is delayed well beyond the window above, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us at hommieessence@gmail.com — we'll make it right under our 30-day guarantee.
